I wound up getting signed up for quarterly billing instead of monthly.  I sent an email to the appropriate housing coordinator (Rachel Larsen) as soon as I received the bill for a whopping 6 grand.  Its been several days and I have gotten no response.  I'd like to change it to monthly as soon as possible, but is it too late?

Has anyone had this problem before?  Did it get fixed?   Did I even contact the right person?  I'm going to call the office tomorrow, and hope for the best.
